First time Clients: A non refundable deposit for first time clients is required prior to booking. Refunds: No refunds of any kind. No exceptions. Need to Cancel or Reschedule? A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations/reschedules. Any changes made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Running Late? Please notify as soon as possible that you are running late. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your services will need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Rescheduling due to being excessively late will result in a same day cancellation fee.
